Project: BCP Killingholme

Description: This project comprised of a new single storey border control post which includes warehouse areas for inspections, and adjacent office areas which includes open offices, mess, stores, changing, showers and welfare facilities.

Key design features:

  • Air source heat pump heating and cooling.
  • Highly efficient LED lighting with presence controls.
  • Low energy MVHR ventilation units.

  • Building Regulations Part L 2013 & EPC.
  • Heat Losses & Gains calculations.
