Project: Premier Inn Scarborough

Description: A new five storey Premier Inn Hotel design for Scarborough. The hotel was required to meet the high standard of BREEAM 2018 Excellent and 35% reduction in CO2 emissions over Part L 2013 notional building.

Key design features:

  • Air to Water ASHP providing DHW
  • 40kWp Solar PV array offsetting 20400 tCO2/annum.
