Description: A new four storey Travelodge Hotel design for Beckton in London. The hotel was required to meet the high standard of BREEAM 2014 Very Good and 35% reduction in CO2 emissions over Part L 2013 notional building.
Key design features:
- 10kWe CHP Engine.
- 45kWp Solar PV array offsetting 21,500 tCO2/annum.
