Project: Student Accommodation

Description: A new eighteen storey student accommodation block based in Leeds, consisting of 155 Studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. The building was designed to be naturally ventilated and needed to demonstrate that the windows design would pass the overheating assessment.
