Description: This project comprises of a new two storey 6th form block which includes Classrooms, Science rooms, ICT room, LRCs, Staff Rooms, Offices and welfare facilities.
The building was required to provide a minimum of 10% of predicted energy need from on-site renewables energy.
Key design features:
- Hybrid ventilation – openable windows and low energy NVHR units.
- High efficiency LED and lighting controls including daylight dimming.
- 19.4kWp roof top PV array.
