What we collect
When you use the enquiry form we receive your name, email address, message, the services you tick, and any drawings or files you attach. The web server also keeps standard logs (IP address, pages requested, time). If you accept cookies, Google Analytics records anonymous usage statistics; nothing is set if you decline.
Why
To answer your enquiry and prepare a fee proposal. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in running the business.
Where it goes
The form sends one email to nick@walkeranalysis.com, hosted by Microsoft 365. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else. Enquiry emails and attached files are kept for 12 months after our last contact unless a project follows, in which case they are kept with the project records.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to our using it, by emailing nick@walkeranalysis.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
